Where the method comes from

6D STAP comes from being accountable for how the business performed after a program ended.

Again and again, the program was delivered and the organization was not ready to run with it. What decided the result had been left open: ownership, decisions and capacity. The method reviews those conditions in six connected categories, before a commitment and while the work is carried out.

In those years he was the client. He hired and worked with large consulting firms and software vendors, and knows what a program looks like from the buyer's seat.

How it works

Experience before Axion, in five themes

Global transformation across sales, supply chain planning and operations
Led global programs across international divisions: one sales forecast in place of regional ones, inventory planning, and standard warehousing and logistics processes on the ERP system.
Building a venture end to end
Founded a venture and carried it from product development through supply chain, sales and marketing to launch.
Integrated business planning across sales, finance and capacity
Linked sales, financial forecasting and operational capacity planning into one plan, used to allocate resources.
ERP-enabled change to sales and operating processes
Brought fragmented sales processes into one integrated operation, built on ERP automation and data shared across functions.
Market entry and new-business development
Designed and carried out the market entry of a new consumer product: business model, financial plan and supply chain.
