Ido Maslaton is the founder of Axion and a seasoned expert in strategic execution and business transformation, with over 20 years of experience leading large-scale initiatives across EMEA and North & South America.

His career began in 2000 at Philip Morris, where he established a new performance evaluation matrix and what was then considered an advanced business intelligence reporting platform. In 2008, he joined ICL, leading market intelligence, logistics, and sales economics, leveraging his expertise to drive transformations that delivered real business impact. In 2014, he moved to Germany to lead global-scale transformation initiatives, optimizing sales, supply chain planning, and operational execution. Seeking a new challenge, in 2019, he transitioned into entrepreneurship, founding a new venture focused on business innovation, from development to market launch.

From sales and logistics to enterprise software, finance, and supply chain, Ido has structured execution frameworks, enhanced cross-functional alignment and accountability among stakeholders, and driven execution effectiveness​.
